Account Management Associate (Social Media) - TH
We are looking for an Account Management Associate (Social Media) with well-rounded experience in digital communication for top social media platforms. This role requires delivering the initial strategic and operational aspects of brand communication, including planning and implementation for the brand and campaigns on social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok, Meta, and emerging platforms.
Responsibilities:
Relationships & Day-to-Day Deliverables:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and target audiences to develop effective digital marketing strategies.
Conduct regular meetings and communication to provide updates, gather feedback, and address client needs, ensuring quality output.
Manage day-to-day projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal and external teams (vendors/partners) to ensure precise project execution, adhering to processes and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the main point of contact for TikTok content/livestreams planning, production, and posting
Oversee the overall schedule, feedback, and approval processes with clients and third parties (creators/affiliates)
Activations:
Collaborate with the commercial and creative teams to plan and implement content/campaigns, delivering target performance as specified by the client.
Maintain effective and smooth relationships with all stakeholders, optimizing operational effectiveness, business performance, and goodwill
Support key brand objectives, ensuring seamless integration into strategic recommendations
Develop joint marketing and social media content plans with creative and content strategists.
Work closely with the Customer Marketing team on Commercial Planning
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to improve promotional effectiveness and operational efficiencies
Assist with project budget planning and control under leadership direction
Maintain an action and solution-oriented approach at all times
Thoroughly understand clients, industry dynamics, competitors, key drivers, and the evolving business environment
Analysis and Reporting:
Provide timely communication on market environment and competitor analysis.
Identify and advise brands on opportunities and risks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing communication, creative agencies, or eCommerce, handling local and international clients
Proven experience in account management within a digital marketing agency or similar environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially TikTok. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) is preferred
Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and solution-led skills, with the ability to guide the team effectively
• Fluency in Thai & English, both spoken and written, is required
