Influencers and KOLs Manager - TH
This role involves collaborating with internal teams to build influencer campaigns into marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing influencers/KOLs from recruiting to optimizing their performance and tracking documentation.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about staying up to date on emerging trends and technologies in the influencer space.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal social media, in-house creatives and commercial teams to integrate influencer campaigns into the overall marketing strategy
Manage talents pool and budget of Influencers/KOLs efficiently
Recruiting and developing talents pool to build Affiliates KOLs ecosystem for Brands Partner.
Monitor Influencer/KOLs performance and work closely to optimize KPIs
Track payments and manage all documentation of Influencers/KOLs
Being the person in charge of product delivery to Influencers/KOLs
Proactively communicate and manage relationships with influencers on their progress, provide Affiliate Marketing guidance, and resolve business issues with partners promptly and effectively
Keep up to date on emerging trends, technologies and Influencers/KOLs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years experience, preferably in ecommerce with strong understanding of e-Commerce and Social Media platforms and passion for new media digital content, and trends is required
Strong connections with Thai influencers/KOLs/Celebrities are preferred
Sharp critical thinking, problem-solving skills with strong communication and negotiation skills; able to break boundaries and execute to the last mile
High levels of accuracy ensuring the above standards of quality of all marketing and communication materials
Excellent written and communication skills in both Thai and English
